Screw Count Feedback Screwdriver Principles of Operation:

  • The Screw Fastening Counter detects the start signal that is generated by an electric screwdriver and the torque reached signal that is generated at the completion of screw fastening to count fastening times and thus to prevent omissions along with the work sensor signal.
  • If, because of a fastening error (elevated screw or double fastening), a torque reached signal comes before the fastening time set on the timer built in the counter elapses, no count is recognized (count correction function).
  • In the event of refastening, a reverse signal that is output from the electric screwdriver reverses the count by one (count return function).

  • Store the measured data up to 100 ones even after the power is turned off, preventing any data loss. In addition, the data can be fed into a personal computer through RS232C connector, realizing paperless control for measured torque data.
