SUNFOOD GRADE HOSE avaiable size: 25 – 50mm

 

Plumbing for transport of such various kinds of foods, drinks, beer, brewing, or for physics and chemistry devices.
Relation between max. working pressure & temperature
Such phthalic acid ester plasticizer as DOP is never used in SUNFOOD hoses.
Transparency Natural transparency makes easier to confirm fluid flow.
Pressure resistance Excellent in pressure resistance by means of built-in reinforceing threads.
High elasticity Because of special high polymer resin used, have impact resilience of about 2 times, compared with conventional PVC hoses.
Temprature Chatacteris Excellent in both cold and heat resistance for wide range of use temperature.
Food hygiene nature Suited to the Notification No.20 of the Ministry of Public Welfare on the Foods Hygiene Act.

Free from squashing Reinforced by piano-wire springs built-in, hoses have good resistance to outside squash and can be restored to original shape even if squashed.
Flexibility Have high flexibility and bending rdius is smal compared with other braided or reinforced hoses, allowing piping at limited space.
